This new master plan community is located on the western edge of Bexar County extending into the eastern edge of Medina County.

Homesites are planned to be available in the Summer of 2024.

The lots will vary in size from 40’ to 50’ in width with varying depths

Water Utilities will be provided by SAWS and Yancey Water. Sewer Utilities will be provided by SAWS. CPS Energy will provide electric and gas service.

The community will include a large Amenity Center and almost 100 acres of greenspace
